- Any part of an order that is not delivered is refunded to your balance. The Refund Policy has the details.
- You must be at least 18 and you must use the service lawfully.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Mireon ("we", "us", "our"), which operates Mireon at https://mireon.xyz (the "Service"). By creating an account, adding funds or placing an order you confirm that you have read these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Acceptable Use Policy and Service Disclaimer, and that you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Service.
1. What the Service is
Mireon is a self-service marketplace for social media growth services such as followers, likes, views, comments and similar engagement. You choose a service, give us a public link or username, pay from your prepaid balance, and we arrange for the order to be fulfilled.
We are an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, Telegram, Spotify or any other platform named on this site, and all trademarks belong to their owners. Platform names are used only to describe what a service is meant for.
We decide how and through which systems each order is delivered, and we may change this at any time, including after you have placed an order, without telling you in advance.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and you must be able to enter a binding contract. If you use the Service for a business you confirm that you have authority to bind that business.
You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password and API key secret and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to your account. We are not responsible for losses caused by credentials that you shared or failed to protect.
You may hold one account. Creating several accounts to get around a limit, a ban, a discount or a rule is not allowed.
3. Prepaid balance and payments
The Service works from a prepaid balance denominated in NGN. You add funds by one of the payment methods shown on the Add funds page. Funds are credited after the payment has been confirmed, which can take longer for manual methods such as bank transfers and cryptocurrency.
Your balance is prepaid credit for use on the Service. It is not a bank account, it does not earn interest, and it is not covered by any deposit protection scheme. You cannot transfer it to another person. Balances are spent when you place orders, and refunds for undelivered orders are returned to your balance as described in the Refund Policy.
Prices are shown per 1,000 units and the exact charge is displayed before you confirm an order. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, card issuer, payment processor, network or exchange, and for currency conversion. Cryptocurrency payments are final once sent: if you send the wrong amount, the wrong asset or use the wrong network, we may not be able to recover it.
You must only use payment methods that you are entitled to use. If we reasonably suspect fraud, a stolen payment method, money laundering or a chargeback abuse, we may freeze your balance, reverse credits, report the matter to the relevant authorities and close your account.
4. Placing orders
An order is a request for a specific service on a specific link, in a specific quantity. When you place it you authorise us to charge your balance and you confirm that:
- the link or username is correct and public, and the account or content belongs to you or you have the owner's permission to promote it;
- the content does not break the law, our Acceptable Use Policy or the rules of the platform it is on; and
- you will not change the link, make the account private, delete the content or change the username while the order is running.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be edited. In some cases we may be able to cancel it, but only if it has not yet started. Orders may be limited to one active order per link and service at a time. We may refuse, hold or cancel any order, for example when a service is unavailable, a price is obviously wrong, we suspect misuse, or the link breaks these Terms. If we cancel an order we refund it in full.
5. Delivery, speed and results
Start times, speeds and delivery estimates shown on the Service are averages based on past orders. They are not guaranteed, and they can be slower during busy periods, platform outages or delivery delays. We do not promise any particular number, quality, retention rate, reach, ranking, income or engagement outcome.
The accounts that deliver a service may include automated, inactive or low-quality profiles. Where a service description says more about the source or quality, it describes what we expect, not a guarantee. Counts shown by a platform can take time to update, can be rounded, and can move up and down for reasons outside our control.
Numbers can drop after delivery because platforms remove accounts and content. Where a service includes a refill, the refill terms in the Refund Policy apply. Where it does not, drops are not refundable.
6. Platform rules and the risk you accept
Buying engagement can go against the terms of the platform where it is delivered. Platforms may remove the added engagement, restrict features, reduce reach, suspend or permanently close accounts, or take other action. They do not tell us in advance, and we cannot prevent it or reverse it.
By using the Service you confirm that you understand this risk and that you accept it. We do not ask for your password and you must never share it with us or anyone claiming to act for us. You are responsible for deciding whether to use the Service in a way that complies with the rules that apply to you, including advertising and disclosure laws.
7. Acceptable use
You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: no unlawful content, no hate or harassment, nothing involving the sexual exploitation of children, no scams or deceptive schemes, no abuse of our systems, and no use of the Service to launder money. We may suspend or end accounts that break it.
8. Refunds and refills
Our Refund Policy explains when we return money to your balance, when we do not, how refills work, and how chargebacks are handled. It forms part of these Terms. Please read it before you place your first order.
9. Resellers and the API
If you use the API or resell our services to your own customers, you are responsible for their orders and for making sure they follow these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must keep your API key secret, you may not share it across unrelated businesses, and you must stay within the rate limits. We may rotate, restrict or revoke keys that are abused or exposed. You must handle your own customers' support, refunds and legal obligations; we have no contract with them.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, text, graphics, software and trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service as intended. You may not copy it, scrape it, reverse engineer it, resell access to it other than as the API permits, or use our name or branding in a way that suggests we endorse you.
11. Suspension and termination
You can close your account at any time by contacting us, after which we will handle any unused balance as described in the Refund Policy. We may suspend or close your account, cancel orders and withhold or reverse credits if you break these Terms, if we are required to by law or by a payment provider, if we suspect fraud or abuse, or if continuing would put us, our partners or other users at risk. Where reasonably possible we will tell you why. Balance that belongs to an account closed for fraud, chargeback abuse or illegal use may be forfeited to the extent the law allows.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, such as payment obligations, disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnities and governing law, continue to apply afterwards.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law permits, we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any result will be achieved or maintained. Some places do not allow certain exclusions, so some of these may not apply to you.
13. Limits of liability
To the fullest extent the law permits, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, loss of goodwill, loss of reach or audience, or the suspension, restriction or removal of any account, page or content by a third-party platform, however caused and on any legal theory.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the order or orders that the claim relates to in the 90 days before the event that gave rise to it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Indemnity
You agree to compensate us and hold us harmless for losses, claims, penalties and reasonable costs (including legal fees) that arise from your content, your orders, your breach of these Terms or the law, your breach of a platform's rules, or your customers' use of the Service if you are a reseller. We will tell you promptly about any claim and let you help to defend it where that is reasonable.
15. Changes
We may change the Service, its prices and these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here and change the date at the top of the page. If a change is significant we will also tell registered users by email or a notice on their dashboard. Price changes do not affect orders that were already placed. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means that you accept it. If you do not accept a change, stop using the Service and ask us to close your account.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a complaint, please write to us first at admin@mireon.xyz and give us a reasonable chance to resolve it, normally 30 days. If we cannot resolve it, the courts or tribunals with jurisdiction under that law are where the dispute will be decided, unless mandatory consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
17. General
These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If a part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights or duties under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business. Notices to you may be given by email to the address on your account or on your dashboard.
