This Service Disclaimer applies to everything you see and buy on Mireon and forms part of our Terms of Service. Please read it carefully before placing an order.
1. No affiliation
Mireon is operated by Mireon. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, maintained by, sponsored by or endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Google, X, Telegram, Spotify, Snapchat, LinkedIn or any other platform or company mentioned on the site. All product names, logos and brands are the property of their owners. We use platform names only to describe what a service is for.
2. What you are buying
You are buying a quantity of a defined service, such as a number of likes or views, delivered to a link you provide. The engagement may come from a mix of sources that can include automated or inactive accounts, and quality varies between services. Descriptions give our best understanding of a service but are not guarantees of its source or quality.
3. No guarantee of results
We do not promise that a purchase will:
- increase your reach, sales, ranking, visibility or income;
- make you eligible for monetisation, verification, partnership programs or any badge;
- be delivered at a particular speed or at a particular time;
- stay on your profile or content permanently; or
- be treated by a platform, advertiser, brand or the public in a particular way.
Engagement can change for reasons we do not control. Counts that platforms display may lag, be rounded, be revised or be cleaned up without notice.
4. Platform rules and enforcement
The rules of social media platforms usually forbid buying or selling engagement, and they actively detect and remove it. Possible consequences include removal of delivered engagement, loss of reach, restrictions on features, removal of content, and the suspension or permanent closure of accounts. We cannot predict or prevent platform actions, and we cannot get an account or content back. We do not ask for your password and will never need it to deliver an order. You decide whether to use the Service and you bear the consequences.
5. How orders are delivered
Delivery speed, availability and prices can change without notice and are partly outside our control. We may change how an order is delivered at any time. Where we fail to deliver, we refund the undelivered part as described in our Refund Policy, and that refund is our remedy for non-delivery.
6. Information on this site
We try to keep prices, descriptions and estimates accurate, but they can contain mistakes or become out of date. We may correct errors, including in prices, and may cancel and refund an order that was placed at an obviously wrong price. Estimates of speed and start time are averages, not promises.
7. Not advice
Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax, marketing or business advice. If you advertise or promote products you may have disclosure and advertising duties under the law and under platform rules. Get your own advice where you need it.
8. Availability
The Service may be unavailable from time to time because of maintenance, delivery problems, platform changes or events outside our control. We are not liable for losses from downtime or delays.
