Frequently asked questions

Short, honest answers. If yours is not here, write to us and we will help.

Getting started

What does this site actually do?
You buy social media growth services, such as followers, likes and views, by the thousand. You add funds to a prepaid balance, choose a service, paste a link and place the order. We deliver it and track it until it is finished. Every status change appears in your dashboard.
Do I need to give you my password?
No, never. An order only needs the public link to the profile, post or video, or sometimes just a username. If anyone asks you for a password and says they are from us, do not give it. Report it to us instead.
How do I place my first order?
Create an account, open Add funds and top up, then open New order. Pick a category and a service, paste the link, enter the quantity and check the charge shown on the right. When you press Place order the charge is taken from your balance and the order is sent for delivery.
Is there a minimum deposit or a minimum order?
Yes, both. The minimum deposit is shown on the Add funds page. Each service also has its own minimum and maximum quantity, which are shown when you select the service. The price list page shows them too.
Can I order for an account that is not mine?
Only if you have the owner's permission to promote it. You are responsible for every link you submit, and you must not order for anything that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.

Orders and delivery

How long until my order starts?
Most orders start within minutes, but speed depends on the service and on how busy the service is. Each service shows its usual speed where we have one. Some start slowly by design so that engagement looks natural. If an order has not started after the time shown for its service, open a ticket and mention the order number.
What do the order statuses mean?
Pending means it is queued and has not started yet. Processing means delivery has been arranged. In progress means delivery has started. Completed means the full quantity was delivered. Partial means only some of it was delivered and the rest was refunded. Canceled means it was not delivered and the full price was refunded. Under review means our team is checking something on the order.
Why is my order still pending?
Orders normally leave the pending state within a minute or two. If delivery is slow or temporarily unavailable we retry automatically and, if possible, use another route. If it stays pending for more than ten minutes, open a ticket and we will look at it.
What does partial mean?
A partial order is one where we could not deliver the whole quantity. You receive back the price of the part that was not delivered. For example, if you ordered 1,000 and 250 were not delivered, a quarter of the price returns to your balance. This happens automatically.
Can I cancel or change an order after placing it?
Orders cannot be edited after they are placed. An order that has started usually cannot be stopped. If you made a mistake, open a ticket straight away, and if the order has not started we will try to cancel it and refund you. We cannot promise this.
Why was my order canceled?
The most common reasons are that the account was private, the link was wrong or the content had been deleted, or that service could not process the order at that time. A canceled order is always refunded in full to your balance. Check that the link opens in a private browser window without signing in, then try again.
Can I place two orders for the same link at the same time?
Not while the first one is still running. When two orders for the same service and link overlap, they can interfere with each other and both may deliver less than expected. Wait for the first to finish, then place the next one.
The number on my profile did not change. What should I do?
Platforms can take a while to update their counts, and the number can look different on different devices. Check the order page first. If it says Completed and the count is still lower than expected after 24 hours, open a ticket with the order number and a screenshot. If the service includes a refill, you can also request one from the order page.

Payments and balance

Which payment methods can I use?
The methods available to you are listed on the Add funds page. They can include card, wallet and bank payments through Paystack, Flutterwave or PalmPay, bank transfer and cryptocurrency. Available methods can change, so check the page for what you can use right now.
How long does a deposit take?
Card, wallet and bank payments through Paystack, Flutterwave or PalmPay are credited automatically, usually within a minute or two. Manual methods such as bank transfer and crypto are credited after we match your payment to your request, normally within a few hours and always within one business day.
I paid but my balance did not change. What now?
First wait a few minutes and refresh the page, because some payments are confirmed slowly. For a manual payment make sure you submitted the deposit request with your payment reference. If it still has not appeared, open a ticket and include the amount, the date, the payment method and the payment reference, transaction hash or receipt.
Is my balance like a bank account? Can I withdraw it?
No. Your balance is prepaid credit that you spend on orders. It does not earn interest and is not protected like a bank deposit. Unused balance can be refunded in some cases, which are explained in the Refund Policy.
Why was my deposit rejected?
Usually because we could not match a payment to the request, the amount differed from what you entered, or the payment did not arrive. The email we send explains the reason. If you did send money, open a ticket with proof of the payment and we will look into it.

Refunds and refills

When do I get a refund?
Automatically, to your balance, when an order is canceled or only partly delivered. We do not refund orders that were delivered as described, including those with a wrong link, a private account or a changed username. The Refund Policy lists every case in full.
What is a refill?
A refill replaces units that disappear after delivery. Some services include it, and it says so in the service name or description, for example with a number of days. If the count drops during that period you can request a refill from the order page, once every 24 hours. Refills are not cash refunds.
The numbers dropped after delivery. Will they come back?
Platforms remove accounts and sometimes reduce counts, so drops can happen. If your service includes a refill and the drop is within its period, request a refill. If it does not include one, the drop is not refundable. If you want protection against drops, choose a service marked as having a refill.
Can I get my money back to my card or wallet?
Refunds from failed or partial orders go to your balance, which you can use on any order. A cash refund of unused deposits is possible in some cases under the conditions in the Refund Policy, for example when it is requested within 14 days and the funds were not used.

Safety and accounts

Is it allowed by social media platforms?
Usually not. Most platforms forbid buying engagement in their rules, and they can remove it or take action against accounts that use it. We say this openly because you should decide with full information. Read the Service Disclaimer before you order.
Are the followers and likes real people?
It depends on the service. Some deliveries include automated or inactive accounts, and quality and retention vary. Do not assume they are real, active users who will interact with your content. The description of each service says what we know about it.
Is it safe for my account?
We never need your password, which removes the biggest risk. There is still a risk that a platform acts against an account that received purchased engagement, and we cannot control that. Think about how important the account is to you before you order, and start with a small order if you are unsure.
How do you protect my data?
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, connections are encrypted, and sensitive credentials are stored encrypted. Only the link and quantity of an order are used to deliver it, never your account details. We do not sell your data. The Privacy Policy explains what we collect, why, and how to ask for access or deletion.

API and resellers

Do you have an API?
Yes. It follows the common panel format, so many existing tools and panels work with it. It lets you list services, place orders, check status, check your balance and request refills. The API page has the details and examples.
How do I get my API key?
Sign in, open Account and press Generate an API key. The key is shown once, so copy it and store it safely. If you lose it or it is exposed, generate a new one, which immediately stops the old one working.
Can I resell your services?
Yes, as long as you follow the Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for your own customers, their orders and their support. We have no contract with them and we do not handle their refunds.
Do you offer discounts for large orders?
Prices are already per 1,000, so larger orders cost proportionally more. If you spend regularly, contact us and tell us your expected volume. We can sometimes give a personal discount to regular customers and resellers.

Account and support

What are the rules for passwords?
Use 10 to 64 characters with at least one letter and one number. You can use letters, numbers and the standard keyboard symbols, but not emoji or accented letters. A password cannot start or end with a space, cannot be a common one such as Password123, and cannot contain your name, your email or the site name. A long phrase of several words with a number in it is easy to remember and hard to guess.
Can I save my links and repeat an order?
Yes. Tick Save this link when you place an order, or add links on the Saved links page, then pick them from a list on the New order page. To repeat an order exactly, open it from your Orders list and press Order again. The service, link and quantity are filled in for you, and you can change anything before you confirm.
Why was my link rejected?
Each category only accepts links from the matching website, for example Instagram services need an instagram.com link. This stops orders going to the wrong place. Check that you are using the right service and the full public link. Some services also accept a plain username.
I forgot my password.
Use the Forgot your password link on the sign-in page. We email a reset link to the address on the account. It works once and expires after 60 minutes. If the email does not arrive, check your spam folder and make sure you used the address you registered with.
How do I contact support?
Open a ticket from the Support page in your account. Include order numbers and payment references so we can look at the details straight away. For questions before you sign up, use the contact form.
How do I close or delete my account?
Contact us from the email address on the account and ask us to close it. Spend or ask to refund any balance first, if you are eligible, because balance cannot be recovered once the account is closed. We delete the personal data we are not required to keep by law.

Still stuck?
